At De Vlasfabriek there is something good to eat all day. A fresh lunch, a drink with a well-stocked platter or a full dinner: our kitchen runs from morning to evening. Indonesian classics like rendang and satay sit next to dishes from the grill, so there is something for everyone.
The atmosphere is relaxed, the service warm and there is plenty of room. Come with the family, with friends or just the two of you, and take your time.

Made by hand, fresh every day
Our cooks are in the kitchen early every day. The sauces, the peanut sauce and the slow-cooked beef for the rendang are all made here. The Indonesian dishes come from a family recipe and the meat goes onto the grill fresh.
